Inside Your Account
Four things you will not have to ask us for again
Live history
Every shipment you have moved with us, with milestone history and current status.
Documents
Bills of lading, air waybills, packing lists and customs entries, downloadable as PDF.
Invoices
Open and settled invoices with the shipment reference attached to each line.
Rate sheets
Your agreed lane rates and validity dates, so procurement can self-serve.
Inside Your Account
Six Things You Will Stop Emailing Us About
The account area exists to remove the routine requests, so the freight desk can spend its time on the things that actually need a person.
Live shipment history
Every booking you have ever placed, searchable by reference, purchase order, commodity or date, with the current milestone against the planned schedule rather than a bare carrier status code.
- Search by reference or purchase order
- Planned versus actual milestones
- Archive going back to your first shipment
Documents on demand
Bills of lading, air waybills, customs entries, certificates of origin, packing lists, delivery notes and photographs, all downloadable against the original reference without asking anybody.
- Bills of lading and air waybills
- Customs entries and duty statements
- Signed delivery notes and load photographs
Invoices that reconcile
Every invoice sits next to the quotation it came from, line by line, with duty and tax shown separately from freight so your finance team can reclaim what is reclaimable.
- Copy invoices and credit notes
- Quotation to invoice comparison
- Remittance and statement history
Repeat bookings in two clicks
Duplicate a previous shipment, change the date and the quantity, and send it. Recurring lanes can be saved as templates with your packaging, incoterms and delivery instructions already attached.
- Duplicate any past booking
- Saved lane and packaging templates
- Standing delivery instructions per address
Inventory, if you store with us
Live stock levels across our bonded and general warehousing, with low-stock alerts, cycle-count history and the duty position on anything still under bond.
- Live stock by location and batch
- Low-stock and expiry alerts
- Duty-suspended versus duty-paid view
Reporting you can send upstairs
On-time performance, cost per kilogram, spend by lane and carbon per shipment, exportable as a spreadsheet so you are not rebuilding the same board pack every month.
- On-time in full and transit time trends
- Spend by lane, mode and commodity
- Carbon per shipment for emissions reporting
Why It Matters
Fewer Emails, Faster Answers
The numbers below are what customers report after the first three months of using the account area properly.
Getting Set Up
From Sign-Up To First Booking
Opening an account takes minutes, and there is no minimum spend or committed volume attached to it.
- 1
Request access
Ask the freight desk to open an account, or register through the form above. We only need a company name, a billing address and the people who should have logins.
- 2
We set up your lanes
Your regular origins, destinations, packaging types and delivery instructions are loaded as templates before you place a booking, so the first one is as quick as the hundredth.
- 3
Meet your specialist
You are introduced to the named specialist and the deputy who will handle your freight, with direct numbers rather than a general queue.
- 4
Book, watch, download
Place bookings, follow milestones, pull documents and export reporting whenever you need it. Anything the portal cannot answer, the control tower will, at any hour.
Multiple users, sensible permissions
Add colleagues with the access their role needs. Warehouse staff can see arrivals without seeing pricing, and finance can see invoices without being able to place bookings.
- Separate view, booking and finance roles
- Per-site or per-division visibility
- Access removed instantly when somebody leaves
Works with your systems
If you would rather not log in at all, we push milestone updates and documents straight into your own system so your team reads them where they already work.
- Milestone feeds into ERP and TMS platforms
- Scheduled reporting by email
- Purchase order references carried end to end
Account Questions
Signing In And Staying Secure
If anything below does not solve it, the freight desk can help at any hour.
I have forgotten my password. What now?
Use the password reset link on the sign-in form above and you will receive an email within a few minutes. For security we never set, change or read passwords on your behalf, and nobody from Transatlantic Express will ever ask you for one on the phone or by email.
Can I track a shipment without an account?
Yes. The track and trace page works with a reference number alone, no sign-in required, and it shows the same milestones you would see inside the account. The account simply adds history, documents, invoices and reporting.
How many users can we have?
As many as you need, at no extra cost. Most customers give warehouse, purchasing and finance teams their own logins with different permission levels so nobody has to forward emails internally.
How long are documents kept?
Seven years, which matches the retention period customs authorities expect. Everything stays searchable against the original reference, including entries and duty statements filed on your behalf.
Is my commercial data visible to anybody else?
No. Pricing, volumes and commodity data are visible only to the users you authorise and the staff on your account. We do not sell or share shipment data, and partner hubs receive only what they need to move the cargo.
Something in the portal looks wrong. Who fixes it?
Tell the freight desk and a person checks it against the underlying file the same day. If the portal and the paperwork disagree, the paperwork wins and we correct the record rather than asking you to prove it.
Not a customer yet?
You do not need an account to get a quotation or to track a shipment. Send us a lane and we will come back within one business day.
